What a wonderful "Customer friendly" web site you have. I spent 10/15 minutes on the BT shop site and

could not find my telephone let along a battery.

Your site took me no longer than 2/3 minutes, found the BT phone, identified the battery and placed my order, this is internet shopping as it should be !

(Do you give tutorials , to BT ? ? )

Gavin - Astonishing service. We are going on holiday on Thursday but no problem with delivery because package will fit through letter box. If SAE does not arrive before we go you'll have to wait a couple of weeks until we're back. Wouldn't you prefer me to send today?
